My collection is not limited to external styles and in fact, not to just Chinese fighting arts even.

Always taken a particular interest in Hsing I and this is mainly because it's a widely held believe by many White Crane elders in my line that this style might have played a strong shaping role in the evolution of Fuzhou Crane.

So every time I encounter a Hsing I exponent in my journey, I will seize the chance to discover more....

Focused mainly on Northern styles, I must have the entire "Long Fist" , "Chinese Wrestling" and "Wushu" collection.... somewhere in the library...

Materials pertaining to this started surfacing about 15 years ago and primarily from the mainland. First, it was mainly books with forms and in recent years, DVDs taking you thru' forms and applications.

Got some scans from a book here and they look like a re-issue of an older book that I got in my library somewhere.

I will start posting some of their videos soon.
