TaiZu Quan Southern Grand Ancestor Boxing.

A fragment from my TaiZu or Grand Ancestor collection. This is also one style that I spent a fair bit of my “youth” studying and still researching to this day.

Apparently with a complex past, this style made in-roads in many villages in Southern China.

The substance might be comparable but the forms are varied as marked by different salutation sequences.

And we all know how significant salutations are in identifying lineages…..
