The little "Japanese" that I understand indicates that this form comes from "Crane Fists/Ways" .
The form is named "Tiger Crane" and names of individual technique comes with its own flavor.
Like "Hungry Tiger Seizes Deer" and "Black Tiger Displaying Claws" - the one in the pic.....
